At age of 2 Azam has suffered from burns and due to her mental disabilities has not been able to attend school. She has a diploma in womans sewing from KaroDanesh, however due to transportation problems she is not able to get a job. Azams father has a severe case of kidney dialysis and requires medical treatment three times a week. Her mother has multiple medical conditions, namely thyroid, heart, neurotic and back problems and is under treatment. Azam has two sisters and three brothers; one of her brothers is diagnosed with neuro/psych disease and is currently admitted to a hospital. Azam and her family live outside of Tehran. Her parents are unable to pay for their basic expenses due to illness and require immediate financial assistance.

اعظم دختریست که در سن دو سالگی دچار سوختگی شده است و بدلیل مشکلات ذهنی قادر به تحصیل نبوده است .او دیپلم کار و دانش را در رشته خیاطی زنانه توانسته است بگیرد.ولی به علت راه دور نتوانسته کاری انجام دهد . پدر بر اثر بیماری کلیوی در تخلیه کلیه و روده ها دچار مشکل شده و هفته ای سه بار باید به مراکز درمانی مراجعه کند. مادر هم به علت بیماری گواترو ناراحتی اعصاب و قلبی و کمر درد تحت درمان است. اعظم دو خواهر و سه برادر دارد که یکی از انها بعلت بیماری حاد اعصاب و روان در بیمارستان بستری می باشد. آنها منزلشان خارج از تهران میباشد. پدر به علت بیماری نمی تواند در کاری مشغول گردد.این خانواده از لحاظ مالی در وضعیت بدی بسر می برند واز نیازهای اولیه زندگی محرم هستند- ونیاز به کمک برای رفع هزینه های درمانی و زندگی دارند.
