Reza is a high school student. His mother is disabled with her right arm. His parents are divorced. Reza and her mother live in his grandfather’s house who is also disabled. After divorce, because of the mothers financial problems and shortcomings in providing appropriate care to Reza, he was separated from his mother and sent to a shelter where he tried to escape from several times.Currently, hes been returned to his mother whose capability to support has been approved by authorities. His school marks have improved significantly. He needs a psychiatric assessment and some behavioral modifications. The family is in need of financial support.

رضا در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. مادر مشکل مادرزادی در ناحیه دست دارد و قادر به کار کردن نیست. آنهادر خانه پدری زندگی میکنند که او نیز از کار افتاده است.رضا در زمان طلاق به علت عدم تمکن مالی تحویل بهزیستی داده شده بود که بارها فرار کرده و در زمان حضور در بهزیستی بیتاب دوری مادر بوده است. پس از تایید صلاحیت مادر و تامین مالی رضا توسط موسسه سر پرستی او به مادر سپرده شد.در حال حاضر وضع تحصیلی رضا بسیار بهتر شده و بسیار خوب درس میخواند. در بازید بعدی رضا دچار مشکلات رفتاری شده که نیاز به رفتار درمانی دارد.
