Hossein is a high school student. His father has divorced his mother and abandoned the family. His mother works as a janitor in a medical complex. She is not only responsible for her three children but also takes care of her elderly mother. They live in a rental place. Theirrnvery low income is incapable of paying for the rent and their daily expenses. They suffer from malnutrition. Hossein has diagnosed with minor Thalassemia , his sister is diabetic and his brother is severely anemic. They live in very undesirable situation and are in desperate need ofrnhelp.

حسین در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. پدر مادر را طلاق داده و خانواده را کاملا رها کرده است. مادر به عنوان نظافتچی در یک مرکز درمانی کار می کند که علاوه بر سر پرستی سه فرزندش از مادر پیر خود نیز نگهداری می کند. آنها در یک مکان استیجاری زندگی می کنند ولی درآمد ناچیز مادر کفاف اجاره بها و سایر نیازهای روزمره را نمی دهد. آنها از نظر تغذیه به شدت در مضیقه هستند. حسین تالاسمی مینور داردو خواهرش دیابت و برادرش کم خونی شدید دارد. این خانواده در شرایط بسیار نا مطلوبی قرار داده ونیازمند کمک هستند.
