Nazanin Zahra is in high school. Her father has died of a brain tumor. She is under her mothers custody, as well as her older sister and younger brother. All the kids have Hepatitises A .They reside in Zabol which is one of the most deprived areas of the country. The family of 4 lives in a rented place with minimal resources and no income except government subsidies and what they get from Emdad Committee. They need all-encompassing help.

نازنین زهرا در دبیرستان درس میخواند.. پدرش بر اثر تومور مغزی فوت شده است و نازنین زهرا به اتفاق خواهر بزرگتر و برادر کوچکترش تحت سرپرستی مادر قرار دارند. هر سه فرزند هپاتيت آ دارند آنها در زابل که یکی از محروم ترین نقاط کشور است در خانه ای مستاجر هستند. تنها منبع درآمد آنها کمیته امداد و یارانه است که کفاف تامین مخارج مسکن و زندگی روزمره و تحصیل دو فرزند محصل را نمیدهد. این خانواده چهار نفره به حمایت مالی نیاز مبرم دارند.
