Helia is in elementary school , and a sweet and loving girl. Her father has Parkinsons disease and is unable to speak or move. The mother is unable to work due to the care of her husband and is in charge of her children. Helia has an older sister who is a student. The only source of income for this family of four is the Relief and Subsidy Committee, which does not meet the needs of this family. This family has taken out a loan from the bank for Roof repairs which they pay in monthly installments. They are in dire need of financial support.nHelia was attending volleyball classes, but in the spring she broke her arm. Her fathers monthly pension was also established.

هلیا دبستانی است و دختری شیرین و دوست داشتنی می باشد. پدرش به بیماری پارکینسون مبتلاست و قدرت تکلم و حرکت ندارد. مادر به دلیل نگهداری و مراقبت از همسرش نمی تواند کار کند و سرپرستی فرزندانش را به عهده دارد. هلیا یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود دارد. تنها منبع درآمد این خانواده چهارنفره کمیته امداد و یارانه است که جوابگوی نیازهای این خانواده نمی باشداين خانواده براي ايزوگام خانه وام گرفته اند كه قسط ماهانه مي دهند . آنها به حمایت مالی نیاز مبرم دارند. علیا در کلاس های والیبال شرکت می کرد ولی در بهار دچار شکستگی دست شد. مستمری ماهانه پدر هم برقرار شد.
