Fatemeh is in elementary school. She is a talented girl. She suffers from short stature and is taking medication. Her father has cerebellar atrophy and is completely paralyzed and breathes through the airway. The mother is unable to work outside the home due to nursing her husband. The mother had a malignant tumor in her throat that she recently had surgery on, and the expenses were paid for by grandfather and uncle. They took out a loan to build a house and expand their shop, which they pay in monthly installments. Fatemeh is the only child in the family and they live with their parents in their grandmothers house. The family is in dire financial straits to pay for Fatimas fathers treatment and their living expenses.nFateme has growth hormones issues but the medication has not been helpful.

فاطمه در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او دختری بااستعداد است و به درس علاقه زیادی دارد. او دچار کوتاهی قد است و دارو مصرف می کند. پدرش مبتلا به آتروفی مخچه میباشد و به طور کامل فلج است و به وسیله دستگاه هوا تنفس می کند. مادر به علت پرستاری از پدر توانایی کار در بیرون از منزل را ندارد. مادر یک توده بدخیم در گلو داشته كه عمل جراحي كرده و هزينه آن را دائي و پدر بزرگ داده اند ، آنها براي ساخت خانه و گسترش مغازه وام گرفته كه ماهانه اقساط مي دهند ، فاطمه تنها فرزند خانواده میباشد و به همراه پدر و مادر در منزل مادربزرگ زندگی می کنند. این خانواده برای تامین مخارج درمان پدر و فاطمه و نیز تحصیل فاطمه در شرایط دشوار مالی قرار دارند و نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. فاطمه کمبود هورمون رشد دارد ولی درمان تا کنون جوابگو نبوده است.
