Elnaz is studying in high school and is a responsible young girl. To help cover the family’s expenses, she works during the summer alongside her mother in food factories, to cover a small part of their living costs. Due to living in a rural area and the lack of a permanent, regular teacher, Elnaz has experienced a decline in her academic performance. She also has a younger sister. The parents are divorced, and the mother is solely responsible for supporting and caring for her two school-aged children.nThe mother suffers from severe migraine headaches and is currently under treatment. In addition, due to a tumor in the abdominal area, she underwent surgery twice in April and is going through a physically challenging period.nTo meet living expenses, the mother has received a loan from the Relief Committee and is required to pay the instalments on a monthly basis. This family is currently in urgent need of financial and social support.

الناز در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می‌کند و دختری مسئولیت‌پذیر است. او برای کمک به تأمین مخارج خانواده، در فصل تابستان به همراه مادرش در کارخانجات مواد غذایی مشغول به کار می‌شود تا بتواند بخشی از هزینه‌های زندگی را جبران کند.الناز به دلیل زندگی در روستا و نبود معلم به‌صورت مستمر و دائمی، دچار افت تحصیلی شده است. او یک خواهر کوچک‌تر نیز دارد. پدر و مادر خانواده از یکدیگر متارکه کرده‌اند و مادر، سرپرستی هر دو فرزند محصل خود را به تنهایی بر عهده دارد. مادر خانواده دچار سردردهای شدید میگرنی است و تحت درمان قرار دارد. همچنین به دلیل وجود تومور در ناحیه شکم، در فروردین‌ماه دو بار تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته و از نظر جسمی شرایط دشواری را سپری می‌کند. مادر برای تأمین مخارج زندگی، از کمیته امداد وام دریافت کرده و موظف به پرداخت اقساط ماهانه آن است. این خانواده در حال حاضر نیاز مبرم به حمایت و پشتیبانی مالی و اجتماعی دارند.
