Aisa is in elementary school. She has two older sisters, one of whom is a high school student and the other has a diploma and has heart and nerve problems. She also has two older brothers, one of whom is a high school student and the other has dropped out of school and is employed and working part-time in a car wash to help support the family. The father died due to electric shock and this family of 6 lives in their own old house. The mother is in financial straits to support the living expenses of her five children who are under her guardianship and is in dire need of financial support.

آیسا در مقطع دبستان میباشد. او دو خواهر بزرگتر از خود دارد که یکی محصل دبیرستان و دیگری دیپلم و ناراحتی قلبی و اعصاب دارد. او همچنین دو برادر بزرگتر از خود دارد که یکی محصل دبیرستان است و دیگری ترک تحصیل کرده و برای کمک به امرار معاش خانواده در یک کارواش بصورت پاره وقت استخدام شده و کار می کند. پدر بر اثر برق گرفتگی فوت شده است و این خانواده در منزل قدیمی و شخصی خود زندگی می کنند. مادر برای تامین مخارج زندگی پنج فرزند خود که تحت سرپرستی او میباشند در تنگنای اقتصادی میباشد و به حمایت مالی نیاز مبرم دارد.
