Aysan is in elementary school. She has an older sister who is a high school student. The father died of a heart attack and the mother is the guardian of her two children. آیسان در مقطع دبستان میباشد. او یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود که محصل دبیرستان میباشد دارد. پدر بر اثر سکته قلبی فوت شده است و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. مادر که یک پایش کوتاهتر از پای دیگر است و مشکل راه رفتن دارد با قالی بافی درآمد ناچیزی کسب می کند. آنها در خانه روستایی خود زندگی می کنند و وضعیت دشواری دارند. این خانواده به حمایت مالی نیاز مبرم دارند.
