تبسم در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. او دختر مسئولیت پذیر و مهربانی است. تبسم تک فرزند است و تحت سرپرستی مادر میباشد. آنها در منزلی مستاجر هستند و مادر برای کمک به گذران زندگی کار بیرون از خانه انجام میدهد این خانواده برای تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی در تنگنای اقتصادی قرار داشته و نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
