Setayesh is studying in high school. Her eyes are very weak. Setayesh has a younger sister who is a student and has a severe lung problem. And an older one who has severe psychological issues and under medications. The father, who was a hairdresser, died of a heart attack, and the mother is the guardian of her two children. They are tenants in a house and the mother weaves carpets-with help of Pardise Charity -to make a living and has a small income. This family is in urgent need of financial support to cover the expenses of housing and treatment and education of their children.

ستایش در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. چشمهای او بسیار ضعیف هستند . ستایش یک خواهر کوچکتر از خود دارد که محصل است و ناراحتی شدید ریه دارد.خواهربزرگترناراحتی شدید اعصاب دارد و دارو مصرف می کند.. پدر که آرایشگر بوده به علت سکته قلبی فوت کرده است و مادر سرپرستی سه فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. آنها در منزلی مستاجر هستند و مادر برای امرار معاش با سرمایه ای که پردیس در اختیارش قرار داده قالی میبافد و درآمد اندکی دارد. این خانواده نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی برای تامین مخارج مسکن و درمان و تحصیل فرزندان دارند.
