Zainab did not go to preschool She has a brother in high school. Her father, who was a farmer, died of cancer and her mother is the guardian of her two children. The mother has retinal problems and severe visual impairment and works as a janitor to help support the family and earns little. They are renters and they need financial support to meet the living expenses and education of their two student children.

زینب به پیش دبستان نرفت ولی مهرماه به کلاس اول خواهد رفت.. او یک برادر دبیرستانی دارد. .پدر بر اثر سرطان فوت شده است و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزندش را به عهده دارد. او مشکل بینایی دارد و نظافتچی یک مهد کودک است و درآمد اندکی کسب می کند.. این خانواده سه نفره در منزلی مستاجر هستند . آنها نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
