Aileen is studying in high school. She has an older brother. Aileen and her brother are both hard of hearing and use hearing aids, which are also broken. Aileen gets poor grades in most of her subjects. One of the reasons for her academic failure is her hearing loss in both ears. Hearing loss and the ridicule of her classmates is one of the reasons for her academic failure. This causes her lack of concentration in class. Mother put her in a private school, with special discount , to help with this problem.They have a hearing disability card. Aileen’s hearing aid is also broken. The parents are separated, and the mother is in charge of the children. Despite severe anemia, the mother works in a vegetable cleaning shop and earns a small income. Their other income is through committee and subsidy. Most of their income is spent on house rent. In our visit to Aileens house, the lack of concentration and deafness of the student is quite evident. She cannot respond well because she cannot hear the conversations clearly. The mother also has severe anemia and stomach pain. Aileen also has tonsillitis and she should have an operation. When the mother is forced to go to Ardabil to follow up her childrens illness, she does not receive salary. This family lives in a rented place. Household appliances are very old and used. This family needs all-round help.

آیلین در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد او یک برادر بزرگتر از خود دارد. آیلین و برادرش هر دو کم شنوا میباشند و از سمعک استفاده میکنند. او اکثر دروس خود نمره ضعیف کسب می کند. یکی از علل افت تحصیلی او کم شنوایی هر دو گوش او می باشد. ضعف شنوایی وتمسخر همکلا سی ها از عوامل افت تحصیلی او می باشد. همین امر باعث عدم تمرکز او در کلاس می باشد.مادراورادرمدرسه خصوصی با تخفیف ویژه ثبت نام کرد تا مشکلات کنترل داشته باشد. لوزه سوم او نیاز به جراحی دارد.. آنها کارت معلولیت شنوایی دارد. والدین از هم جدا شده اند و مادر سرپرستی بچه ها را به عهده دارد. مادر با وجود کم خونی شدید در یک مغازه سبزی پاک کنی کار میکند ودرآمد کمی کسب میکند و در خانه هم رب و پیازداغ درست کرده می فروشد.. دیگر درآمد آنها از طریق کمیته و یارانه میباشد. بیشتر درآمدشان صرف اجاره بهای منزل می شود. در بازدیدی که از منزل آیلین داشتیم عدم تمرکز و ناشنواوبودن دانش آموز کامال مشهود است او بعلت نشنیدن دقیق صحبت ها نمی تواند خوب پاسخگو باشد برادرش نیز که در پایه دهم تحصیل می کند همین مشکل را دارد.مادر نیز کم خونی شدید و درد معده دارد. در مواقعی که مادر برای پیگیری بیماری فرزندانش مجبور به رفتن به اردبیل می شود حقوق دریافت نمی کند.این خانواده در یک مکان استیجاری زندگی میکنند. وسایل منزل بسیار کهنه و مستعمل میباشد. این خانواده نیازمند کمک همه جانبه میباشند.
