سارا در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشدو مشکل رشد دارد و باید آمپول تزریق کند. اودچارافسردگی شده است.اویک خواهر بزرگتر از خود دارد که اوهم از افسردگی رنج میبرد ولی توانسته در دانشگاه پذیرفته شود.. پدر به علت بیماری سرطان فوت شده است. مادربیماری اعصاب دارد و به علت بیماریهای مختلف دارو مصرف میکند.مادر مشکل بینایی دارد و یک جراحی داشته. این خانواده در یک اتاق در منزل مادر بزرگ که بیمار هستند زندگی میکنند. او دو دایی دارد که یکی اوتیسم دارد و دیگری کارگر ساده است با درآمد اندک که کفاف خرج این خانواده 7 نفره را نمیدهد. این خانواده سه نفره نیازمند کمک همه جانبه میباشند.
