Hedieh is studying in high school and she has a kidney disease that needs to go to the provincial center for treatment, but due to financial hardship, they have not taken any action yet. Hedieh has a twin brother. The father, who has a severe speech and hearing disability, has left the family for some time and started collecting garbage, but he does not pay any amount to his wife and children. The mother, who is a hard-working woman, is working in a fruit packing warehouse despite severe foot pain and sometimes does service work in peoples homes. The mothers income is not enough to pay rent and other living expenses, and this family is in dire need of financial support.

هدیه در مقطع دبيرستان تحصیل می کند و دجار بیماری کلیوی میباشد که برای معالجه نیاز به مراجعه به مرکز استان دارد اما به دلیل مضیقه مالی هنوز اقدامی نکرده اند. هدیه یک برادر دوقلو دارد. پدر که دچار معلولیت شدید گفتاری و شنوایی می باشد مدتی است که خانواده را ترک کرده و به کار جمع آوری زباله مشغول شده اما هیچگونه مبلغی به همسر و فرزندانش نمی پردازد. مادر که زنی زحمتکش است با وجود پادرد شدید در انبار بسته بندی میوه مشغول به کار است و گاهی در منازل مردم هم کار خدماتی انجام میدهد. درآمد مادر کفاف اجاره خانه و دیگر مخارج زندگی را نمیدهد و این خانواده نیاز شدید به حمایت مالی دارند.
