Ali is an elementary school student. He has an older brother who is a student and a younger sister. His father has physical and hearing disabilities and also suffers from a spinal condition that has caused disability. Because of this, he can only occasionally help his wife with carpet weaving. The mother is a housewife and also weaves carpets to earn some income. The family lives in a rural house that was built for them by the Basij Construction Organization. They live in very difficult conditions and are in urgent need of financial support to cover their living expenses and the children’s education.

علی در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او دارای یک برادر بزرگتر محصل و یک خواهر کوچکتر از خود میباشد. پدر معلولیت جسمی و شنوایی دارد. مادر به خانه داری و قالی بافی مشغول میباشد. آنها در خانه ای روستایی که توسط بسیج سازندگی ساخته شده زندگی می کنند. پدر به دلیل مشکل ستون فقرات که باعث معلولیت اش شده گهگاه میتواند در بافتن فرش به مادر کمک کند. این خانواده در شرایط سختی زندگی می کنند و برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل فرزندان نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
