Aynaz is in preschool. Due to burns, she lost the toes on both of her feet and has undergone two surgeries so far. She has an older brother who is in elementary school. Their father, who was a laborer, passed away from a heart attack. The mother is the guardian of her two children. During the father’s lifetime, all of their household belongings were sold, and now the mother and children are forced to live with the paternal grandfather, who is very poor, in a small room. The mother is a homemaker and is in need of financial support from generous benefactors to cover living expenses, the children’s education, and Aynaz’s medical treatment.

آیناز پیش دبستانی است. او به علت سوختگی انگشتان هر دو پا را از دست داده و تا کنون دو بار عمل جراحی انجام داده است. او یک برادر بزرگتر که به دبستان میرود دارد. پدر که کارگر بوده بر اثر سکته قلبی فوت کرده است. مادر سرپرست دو فرزند خود میباشد. در زمان حیات پدر همه وسایل خانه را فروخته و اینک مادر و بچه ها مجبور شده اند نزد پدربزرگ پدری که بسیار فقیر است در یک اتاق کوچک زندگی کنند. مادر خانه دار است و برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل فرزندان و درمان آیناز نیاز به حمایت مالی از جانب خیرین نیکوکار دارد.
