Roghiye is studying in elementary school. Her father, who was a simple worker, died at 36 due to a car accident. They have received money for the deceased diya, but is blocked in government account and cannot be withdrawn until the children are 18. The family consists of two girls:Roghiye and a sister who is three years younger. Their mother takes care of the children and has recently bought a small house with the help of Hazrat Fatima Zahra Charity and a mortgage loan. They live in a remote village in eastern Iran and near the Iran-Afghan border. Family income is through subsidy and Emdad that is not sufficient for the daily costs of living and schooling of Roghiye .Meanwhile, her younger sister has a cleft plate and stutters and requires treatment. It is hoped that with the help of our generous sponsors, we will be able to improve their living conditions.

رقیه در دبستان مشغول به تحصیل است.پدرش که کارگر ساده بوده در ۳۶ سالگی به علت تصادف فوت شده است.آنها بابت دیه مرحوم پول گرفته اند که در حساب دولت بلوکه شده و تا رسیدن بچه ها به ۱۸سالگی حق برداشت ندارند. از مرحوم دو دختر به جا مانده: رقیه و خواهری که سه سال کوچکتر است. مادر سرپرست بچه ها است و به تازگی با کمک خیریه حضرت فاطمه زهرا و وام مسکن خانه کوچکی خریده اند.آنها در روستای دورافتاده ای در شرق ایران و در نزدیکی مرز ایران و افغانستان زندگی می کنند. درآمد خانواده از یارانه و بهزیستی است که کفاف هزینه های روزمره زندگی و تحصیل رقیه را نمی دهد. ضمنا خواهر کوچکترش شکاف کام دهان و لکنت زبان دارد و نیازمند درمان ‎است.این خانواده امیدشان به دستان پرمهر نیکوکاران گرامی است تا زندگی را برایشان کمی آسان‌تر کند. .
